This is a self portrait I did in the summer.
The more I stare at myself in the mirror, the more melevolent I become. An experiment of observation with watercolor-something I don't do very often. The eye brow is way high though. If you notice anything else, criticism of the constructive, please.

This is a good work, your proportions are alright. Some details there but watch your lines, try to develop those lines more feminine xD Try practice from bold to thin line and work your tones as well. Watch those lips, too much bold strokes makes it look too independent.
I hope this is helpful for you, I'm not quite good at giving advice.

What does it mean to make a line more feminine? I don't remember lines having genders to begin with. xDDD

Thanks for your critique, especially on transitioning lines. It does look like I'm wearing lip liner in here. <.<;;;

LOL just work your lines more curvy, you know like those coca cola bottles, or beyonce's butt. Not everything needs to be straightened.

I see a lot of that at Uni, no one ever likes to draw themselves.

Oh, the calamity! xD

I don't mind drawing myself that much, unless I gain alot of weight recently. Then I'm staring at myself thinking,"I shouldn't have had that extra scoop of ice cream. This is shameful." ><
I can imagine why people wouldn't like making self-portraits though. It does add a challenge againts identity-wanting to believe if what you see it's true or not, or if you include all the realistic traits for those reasons.

To be honest, who the heck think she's hot? Who would be crazy, perverted enough? Her musics sucks bawls too.

It's an expression of who you are, your current state of mind. Self portraits gives you more freedom to add crazy sh*ts, you can do what ever you prefer is cool!

Some people just do, whether it's a serious attraction, or fitting into a celebrity-crazed culture. : /

Expression is fine and all, but I think that it can be scary thing too, especially if something a person doesn't want to see themselve's in.
